RidgeWalk & Run promotes good health for all ages, levels of fitness, and physical ability. Events conclude on a gorgeous horse farm with festivities including music, refreshments, kids’ activities. Events this year include:

· 5K Trail Run

· 10K Trail Run

· 25K Competitive Run

· 2 Mile Country Road Walk

· 2 Mile Trail Walk and expert presentation (guided event)

· 6 Mile Walk

· 9 Mile Walk

· 25 Mile Walk

 

Registration:

RidgeWalk & Run provides (and prefers) on-line signups on our secure site. To visit our registration site, click here. Paper registration is another, slower option. That form is available, here. The paper form, with full payment, must be postmarked no later than September 20, 2019 to avoid additional cost. See individual events for cost info.

Pre-registration is required and check-in occurs at Wellsville High School, 126 West State St., Wellsville, NY starting at 7:30 am. On the day of the event, all participants must check in at the registration area. Please check in at the time designated for your event. Busses will be provided from the registration area to your start point.

Amenities:

RidgeWalk & Run is renowned for it’s over-the-top participant amenities package. This year, like last, amenities are limited to the first 1000 participants. Register early and don’t be disappointed!

A Celebration of Praise takes place at the 6 Mile Trailhead
Check-in: 8:30 - 9:00 AM
Bus Leaves: 9:10 AM
9:30 AM service at the top of Alma Hill
A non-denominational, Christian service for anyone choosing to attend.  Participants must be pre-registered for the 6 Mile Walk. The service lasts about 40 minutes and features musical accompaniment.  Following the service, attendees are the first to “hit the trail” for the 6 Mile Walk.

Transportation — Participants and Spectators:

All participants and spectators are bused from Registration at the Wellsville High School to event-specific starting points. Spectators busses depart at 10:30 and 11:30 am. After the event, buses depart from the Finish Line Area periodically to return participants to the high school. Only participants may ride the buses to starting points.

Drop Bags:

All participants are urged to bring dry clothing, socks and shoes. You will likely get wet on any of the events. A drop bag labeled with your number will be given to you at the registration desk and transported to the Finish Line Arena.

Door Prizes:

· All participants are eligible for door prizes! Door prize eligibility begins after you have registered for RW&R.

Non-Participant Meal Tickets:

You may purchase guest meal tickets for:

· $5.00 per person, on-site, no refunds

· All non-participants must have meal tickets

RidgeWalk & Run is a part of the Eastern Grip Trail Running Series and is affiliated with USATF Niagara.
